It looks like the reason for Nintendo Switch using 3rd party docks bricking has been discovered, No Man’s Sky is coming to Xbox One, and a new retro console has been announced and sounds very cool!

“not as well built as the Nintendo one” “not something sinister”

Who are you kidding man. Nintendo didn’t follow the spec for something that is standard. Nintendo is at fault for intentionally making something that could break those standards. Nintendo has done this before, see Wii u with it’s USB ports not outputting the correct voltage. With that they could have gotten away with it, however with the usb c standard being the charging standard it sounds like Nintendo was not concerned with anything beyond their bottom line. They have now successfully scared everyone away from third party products and into the more expensive licensed items. If that isn’t sinister then I don’t know what is. Unless you’re telling me Nintendo hardware engineers are so incompetent to leave out a proper resister for resolving this issue by accident.

Collectorvision Console, UGG, it took them 3 years to release a SNES game full of glitches and bugs that has bad gameplay mechanics, very bad screen transitioning, only 1 weapon in the entire game, repetitive levels and good music.

Hey RGT 85 wassup. Defo stick with the official Nintendo Switch products guys until the 3rd party accessories are sorted. No Man’s Sky is a pass on any system. Jurassic World Evolution looks very good. WipeOut has always been very good games and playing it in VR i can imagine being a ton of fun. Doom is just doom a awesome experience on any system. Kirby on the Switch a really fun cool chilled game nice seeing it get supported. The Nintendo Switch in Japan is the main machine for sure. The ColecoVision retro console sounds very good.

Rip nyko rip wavebird, i don’t see how 3rd party support is not supported because when you go the store the third party accessories literally have the Nintendo logo on them so I don’t think Nintendo wants push away 3rd party support
